We the undersigned, Inspector and Judges of an Election held in New Winchester in Marion Township, Hendricks County Indiana, on Monday the 7th day of April 1845, do certify that Michael Higgins and Jeremiah Culbertson were duly elected to the office of Constable, in and for said Township, County and State aforesaid, for the ensuing year.
Witness our hands and seals this 7th day of April 1845.
