Mildred ZOLLAR of Brownsburg Files for Divorce (1935)

That her husband, Ely V. Zollar, deserted her in September, 1931, and has never returned, is claimed by Mildred Zollar in her suit for divorce, filed in the local clerk's office, yesterday. The complaint states that the parties were married in1928 and two children were born to them. The plaintiff asks for the custody of the two children and for $4 a week for their support. The Zollars lived in Brownsburg, where the plaintiff now resides.
