As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Order Book 128 (December 1982 - January 1984), in March 1983, Jane E. Marburger's son, Daniel D. Marburger, petitioned the court (case # C 12 82-551) to change his name to Daniel D. Kubelsky. The petition was granted.
