The Danville library will hold a free program about getting to know Ancestry.com on Saturday, March 16 at 10 am in the library's program room on the ground floor. Steve Smith of the library's Indiana Room will give an in-depth look at this popular website for genealogy, including how to create and maintain a family tree, how to merge information from other trees and sources, and an overview of some of the collections available on the site.
Pre-registration is required for this free program - to pre-register, call the library at (317) 745-2604 or visit the library's website and click on the Events link.
