According to a legal notice, in June 1982 Joe Kiritsis filed a petition in the Hendricks County Circuit Court (case # C 6 82-273) to change his name to Jeffrey Gene Morgan. The petition was scheduled to be heard in court on August 25, 1982.

Name change of Ed Albert CORRELL, Jr. (1978)

As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Order Book 124 (June 1978 - August 1979), in August 1978, Carolyn J. Morgan petitioned the court (case # C 78-189) to change the name of her son, Ed Albert Correll, Jr. to Ed Albert Morgan. The petition was granted.

Benson EGGERS Still Legally Married At Time of Divorce (1898)

As mentioned in Hendricks County Civil Order Book Volume 41 (March 1897 - February 1898), in January 1898 Benson Eggers petition for divorce against Myrtle Eggers (case #6521) was heard. The judge noted that at the time Eggers had married the defendant, he had a legal wife still living, Rhoda Morgan Eggers, but that he had believed she was dead, thus that previous marriage was void.
