William ALLEE pleads guilty to petit larceny (1906)

As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Civil Order Book Volume 51 (March 1906 - February 1907), in May 1906 William Allee (age 57) pled guilty to the crime of petit larceny (case #4557). He was fined $5 and sentenced to the Indiana State Prison for a term of 1 to 3 years.
