Walter SHELLEY and Jacob CAYLOR found guilty of burglary (1906)
As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Civil Order Book Volume 51 (March 1906 - February 1907), in December 1906 Walter Shelley (age 23) and Jacob Caylor were found guilty of the crime of burglary (case #4620). Shelley was sentenced to the Indiana State Reformatory at Jeffersonville for a term of 2 to 14 years; because Caylor was under 21, his sentence was suspended.
