Adoption of Thomas MIGGENBURG (1939)

According to a Hendricks County Probate Court docket sheet, in June 1939 a petition was filed (case #6489) by Denzil and Mary Jane Hilderbrand to adopt Thomas Miggenburg. The Marion County Department of Public Welfare filed their written consent, and the petition was granted. His name was changed to Thomas Bolen Hilderbrand.
