Name change of Lowell SMILEY (1964)

As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Order Book 111 (July 1963 - October 1964), in April 1964, Lowell Smiley petitioned the court (case # C64-61) to change his name to Lowell Nuckels. This petition was granted and his name was legally changed.
