Name change of Wilbur C. SLINKARD (1965)
As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Order Book 112 (October 1964 - November 1965), in June 1965, Wilbur C. Slinkard petitioned the court (case # C 65-290) to change his name to Charles Wilburn Slinkard. This petition was granted.
