Adoption of Esther BLOOM (1945)

According to a Hendricks County Probate Court docket sheet, in May 1945 a petition was filed by Elmer L. Patten (case #6883) to adopt Esther Bloom, his stepdaughter, who was born March 3, 1920 in Marion County, Indiana. Esther's mother, Merlie H. Patten, filed her written consent, and the petition was granted.
