As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Order Book 126 (October 1980 - November 1981), in December 1980, Paige Michelle Woelfert petitioned the court (case # C 7 80-298) to change her name to Paige Michelle Woelfert Sommerkamp. Charles Woelfert gave his consent, and the petition was granted.
