An index to divorce cases settled in Hendricks County during 1985-1986 has been added to the Hendricks County GenWeb site. Entries were added from Hendricks County Circuit Court order book 130 (30 May 1985 - 1 July 1986).
The Hendricks County Government's Archive has digital files of the Circuit Court order books for the years 1824-1989. NOTE: In August 1963, the Hendricks County Superior Court was created, and it could preside over divorce cases just as the Circuit Court could. The set of order books for the Superior Court have not been digitized or indexed.
