As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Order Book 129 (January 1984 - May 1985), in December 1984, Brandon Robert Fontanilla petitioned the court (case # C 7 84-217) to change his name to Brandon Robert Meador. Because he was under 21, the petition was filed on his behalf by Linda Medaor. The petition was granted.
