As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Order Book 129 (January 1984 - May 1985), in June 1984, Daniel Lee Westerhouse of 2677 Bradford Road, Plainfield petitioned the court (case # C 6 84-193) to change his name to Daniel Lee Kelleher. The petition was dismissed in September 1984 because he had moved to Florida.
