Mary Jane WILLIAMS contracts polio (1950)

FIRST POLIO CASE
Mary Jane, 3-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Williams, was taken to the Riley Hospital Sunday where it is reported she is suffering from polio. The child became ill last week and complained of a weakness in her legs. Mr. Williams is employed at the E.J. Roberts garage and the family live on the Robert Keller farm.

Adoption of Luella Rose KELLER (1926)

According to an entry in a Hendricks County Probate Docket & Fee Book covering the years 1924 to 1927, in February 1926 (probate case #3860) the court heard a petition from Maurice and Myrtle Buergelin to adopt Luella Rose Keller.

Carl KELLER of Stilesville Granted Divorce (1924)

SOME DIVORCE CASE
Franklin Township people attended court in goodly numbers the last of the week where the divorce case of Keller vs. Keller attracted attention. Some of the evidence was decidedly spicey [sic]. Marjorie E. Keller filed suit for divorce from Carl C. Keller, of Stilesville, last June. He filed a cross complaint. Judge Dougan awarded him the divorce on his cross-complaint and also the custody of their infant child.
