James PRATT of New Winchester Files For Divorce (1934)

HUSBAND SEEKS DIVORCE
James W. Pratt of New Winchester, filed suit for a divorce from his wife, Virginia Lucille Pratt, Friday, in the local circuit court. He alleges that the defendant was continually nagging him and that he was unable to live with her any longer. The Pratts were married in January 1932 and separated last Thursday. The plaintiff also asks the court to adjudicate their property rights.
