As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Civil Order Book Volume 52 (March 1907 - February 1908), Merrett Lambert (case #4431) had been committed to the Indiana State Reformatory in Jeffersonville on February 9, 1905 and paroled on September 1, 1906. In September 1907, he was fully discharged.
