Mary YEATES granted divorce (1906)

As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Civil Order Book Volume 51 (March 1906 - February 1907), in December 1906 Mary Yeates was granted a divorce from Thomas J. Yeates (case #7797). Mary was also given custody of their daughter, Ida Yeates. Should Mary ever remarry, the judge left open the possibility of revisiting the custody question.
