An index to divorce cases settled in Hendricks County during 1974-1975 has been added to the Hendricks County GenWeb site. Entries were added from Hendricks County Circuit Court order book 120 (31 January 1974 - 21 February 1975).
The Hendricks County Government's Archive has digital files of the Circuit Court order books for the years 1824-1987. NOTE: In August 1963, the Hendricks County Superior Court was created, and it could preside over divorce cases just as the Circuit Court could. The set of order books for the Superior Court have not been digitized or indexed.
