Name change of Shannon Rae HART (1983)

According to a legal notice, in March 1983 Tanya Jean Bradley filed a petition in the Hendricks County Circuit Court (case # C 3 83-134) to change the name of her minor daughter, Shannon Rae Hart, to Shannon Rae Bradley. Her biological father, Gary Edward Hart of Indianapolis, consented to the petition. The petition was scheduled to be heard in court on June 8, 1983.

Adoption of Donald Dwight HART (1952)

According to a legal notice, in July 1952 there was a petition filed by John Richard Olvey and Mary Kathlyn Olvey in the Hendricks County Circuit Court (case #91) to adopt Donald Dwight Hart, a minor. His biological father, Miles Donald Hart, was listed as not being a resident of Indiana and not having paid support money for more than 1 year. The case was scheduled to be heard in court on September 2, 1952.
