Viola (GORMAN) ISENHOWER granted divorce (1907)

As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Civil Order Book Volume 52 (March 1907 - February 1908), in October 1907 Viola E. Isenhower was granted a divorce from Earl E. Isenhower (case #7929). The court ruled that Earl had failed to provide support for more than 2 years and had treated Viola cruelly. She was also allowed to change her name back to her maiden name, Viola A. Gorman.
