As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Order Book 123 (March 1977 - June 1978), in April 1977, Tracy Lee Rogers, a minor, petitioned the court (case # C 77-31) to change his name to Charles Leonard Rogers, Jr. This petition (which had been filed on his behalf by Charles Leonard Rogers) was granted.

Rosa ROGERS granted divorce (1905)
As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Civil Order Book Volume 50 (March 1905 - February 1906), in October 1905 Rosa Rogers was granted a divorce from Willis A. Rogers (case #7607). She was also awarded custody of their child, Clarence Rogers, and Willis was to give her $2 a week in child support.
