James ROSS pleads guilty to assault (1906)
As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Civil Order Book Volume 51 (March 1906 - February 1907), in September 1906 James Ross (age 35) pled guilty to the crime of assault with the intent to commit murder (case #4565). He was fined $5 and sentenced to the Indiana State Prison for a term of 2 to 14 years.
