Jennie SMITH granted divorce (1907)

As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Civil Order Book Volume 52 (March 1907 - February 1908), in April 1907 Jennie H. Smith was granted a divorce from Henry H. Smith (case #7872). Jennie was also given custody of their children - Lillie Smith, Pearl Smith, May Smith, Bernice Smith, Eddie Smith, Earl Smith and Cecil Smith - and Henry was ordered to pay $20 a month for child support.
