As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Order Book 129 (January 1984 - May 1985), in September 1984, Ann M. Brown, one of the parents of minor child Erin Kyle Kistler, petitioned the court (case # C 6 84-177) to change the child's name to Erin Kyle Kistler Brown. The petition was granted.
