An index to divorce cases settled in Hendricks County during 1986-1987 has been added to the Hendricks County GenWeb site. Entries were added from Hendricks County Circuit Court order book 131 (1 July 1986 - 2 November 1987).
The Hendricks County Government's Archive has digital files of the Hendricks County Circuit Court order books for the years 1824-1989. NOTE: In August 1963, the Hendricks County Superior Court was created, and it could preside over divorce cases just as the Hendricks County Circuit Court could. The set of order books for the Hendricks County Superior Court have not been digitized or indexed.
