As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Civil Order Book Volume 52 (March 1907 - February 1908), in March 1907 Maggie Vandagriff was granted a divorce from Edward G. Vandagriff (case #7836). The court ruled that at the time of their marriage, Edward had another legal wife, from whom he had not been divorced.
