The Indiana Genealogical Society has been working on preserving and digitizing the contents of Hendricks County probate packets as part of its Records Preservation Project. Among the items they've found: letterhead from 1899 (shown below) containing a receipt from Leachman & Seller, a Danville business that dealt with buggies and wagons, as well as farming implements, stoves and hardware.
