ALLEGES CRUELTY
Marie Townsend wants a divorce from Robert J. Townsend, alleging cruel and inhuman treatment in that he was cross and ill-natured, had an uncontrollable temper and continually found fault with every act of plaintiff and would often curse her and strike her. They separated Oct. 22, 1919 and she sought employment for her own support. Plaintiff asks that her maiden name be restored. Parties were married August 29, 1914.
