As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Order Book 123 (March 1977 - June 1978), in April 1977, Tracy Lee Rogers, a minor, petitioned the court (case # C 77-31) to change his name to Charles Leonard Rogers, Jr. This petition (which had been filed on his behalf by Charles Leonard Rogers) was granted.
