According to a legal notice, in December 1983 Raymond Scott Ford filed a petition in the Hendricks County Circuit Court (case # C 12 83-436) to change his name to Raymond Scott Dugan. Because he was under the age of 21, the petition was filed on his behalf by Marialisa V. Dugan. The petition was scheduled to be heard in court on February 8, 1984.
