TWO LOCAL SUITS ARE FILED IN LOCAL COURT
Two divorce suits were filed in the local clerk's office, Saturday. Both were by the wife and cruel and inhuman treatment are given as the grounds for divorce.
That Oren L. Kennedy failed to provide for his wife, Adeline Kennedy, is charged in the divorce suit filed by the latter. They were married in 1926 and separated in January of this year. The plaintiff asks that her maiden name, Adeline Craven, be restored by the court. For the past two years the complaint states that the plaintiff has resided with her parents in Liberty Township.
