HUSBAND SEEKS DIVORCE
Lester M. Threlkeld, Cartersburg plasterer, filed suit in the local clerk's office, Tuesday, for a divorce from his wife, Vivian E. Threlkeld. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant deserted him in 1929 and asks for an absolute divorce and the custody of their minor child which is now with the mother. According to the complaint the couple was married in 1923 and lived together until 1929.
