source: The Republican (Danville, Indiana) - issue of Thursday, August 24, 1933 - page 8, column 6:

BERYL T. STRINGER FILES SECOND SUIT FOR DIVORCE
Beryl T. Stringer asks for an absolute divorce and $5,000 alimony in a second divorce suit filed in the local clerk's office this year. The second suit was filed because Mrs. Stringer had not been a resident of this county six months when the first suit was filed several months ago. The plaintiff alleges cruel and inhuman treatment. They were married in December, 1919 and separated lasts January.

The plaintiff asks for the custody of their three children and $15 per week for their support besides the $5,000 alimony. She also asks for a restraining order preventing the defendant to see her and the children and an order to allow her to secure her property at the Indianapolis apartment.
