Adoption of Wilbur DARNELL (1939)

According to a Hendricks County Probate Court docket sheet, in March 1939 John and Mary Bybee filed a petition (case #6459) to adopt Wilbur Darnell, a minor child. His parents, Wilbur and Edna Darnell, both gave their consent. The petition was granted, and his name was changed to Wilbur Darnell Bybee.
