As mentioned in Hendricks County Circuit Court Order Book 115 (January 1968 - January 1969), in July 1968, Vaughn Alan Napier, Dawn Elaine Napier, Melissa Anne Napier and Dale Andrew Napier petitioned the court (case # C 68-74) to change their last names to POLLARD. Because they were minors, they were represented in court by their mother, Elizabeth May Pollard. Their petition was granted.
