According to a legal notice, in June 1982 Donald G. Prether filed a petition in the Hendricks County Superior Court (case # A 82-20) to adopt minor children Clifford Wallace Hill and Greta Maxine Hill. Their biological father, Wallace Harold Hill, was listed as having abandoned and deserted them, that he could not be found. The case was scheduled to be heard 30 days after publication of the legal notice.
