According to a legal notice, in September 1982 Tamara Eubank Allison filed a petition in the Hendricks County Circuit Court (case # C 9 82-399) to change the name of her minor daughter, Melia Lynn Eubank, to Melia Lynn Allison. The petition was scheduled to be heard in court on November 19, 1982.
